Q1. Is the item shipped from India? Do I have to pay heavy custom charges?

A1. Half of the items are shipped from India and the other half are shipped from United Kingdom. We usually ship each items as a sample so you will not have to pay any custom duty.

Q2. What is the delivery time of the Salwar Kameez or Churidar?

A2.

If the item is readymade :its usally dispatched in less than 24 hours. Most of our worldwide customers has received order in less 3-7 working days. But we can not guarantee any delivery time because the delivery time depends on each countries postal systems. It is advisable to allow 28 days delivery.

Custom Made: It will take 2 to 14 days to manufacture a salwar kameez/churidar from scratch. The time depends on each outfit and depends on the embroidery as well.

Q3. How can you offer a 30 days money back guarantee? There must be a catch?

A3. There is no catch at all. We just want our customer to be fully satisfied. For some reason if you think that the fitting is not right for you. You can send the item back to us and we can alter it free of charge. If you do not like your item for any reason, send it back to us and we will refund the money (minus shipping and handling charge both ways) as long the item is in original condition.

Q4. Is the shipping really free? How can you afford a free shipping from India?

A4. The shipping is free for items more than 34.90. For item less than 34.90, there is a standard shipping charge of 7.50.

Q5. Is it true that all your products are custom made?

A5. No, not all of the suits are custom made. 50% of the suits are custom made. Here is the list of custom made suits:

Designer Churidar:  Every suit in this section is custom made from scratch.
Patiala Salwar: Every suit in this section is custom made from scratch.
Anarkali Churidar:  ANK-108, ANK-115, ANK-121 are custom made from scratch. The rest of the anarkali are ready made.
Indo-Western:  Every suit in this section is custom made.

The rest of suits in the section Punjabi Suit, Anarkali Dress and heavy embroidered are not custom made but will be altered/fitted according to your body measurements. Free change of design is not possible in ready made salwar kameez or churidar.

Q6. What type of sizes do you have? Is there a size chart?

A6. We have a standard size chart . But we highly receommend to measure your waist, chest, hips, legth and shoulders with a measuring tape so we can alter or manufacture your salwar kameez/chruridar accrding to your size.
